Daily habits I do for attempting to stay healthy
- 6 minutes of core workouts per day
- Daily stretching for flexibility (generally where you feel you need)
- 3 days of strength training per week
- 3 days of endurance exercise per week
- 1 cup of blueberries per day when possible
How I View Health
Everyone is different, including gender, ethnicity, and everything that makes up an individual at a cellular level, but ultimately I see health focused on a few things that end up affecting your overall makeup I believe Neurological, Musculoskeletal, and Gut health affect everything around us at the cellular level and given these principals, that is how I generally focus on solving health problems.
